The Role

We are looking for talents who are interested in working in an E-commerce set-up and get involved in mobile phone spare parts and accessories wholesaling industry in Australia.

Internship Overview * Duration = 3 months * Compensation = None paid for the first 3 months but renewal bonus and recommendation letter possible upon evaluation. A completion letter will be obtained upon completion. The management will provide bi-weekly training related to Marketing and Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review current company content to make recommendations for changes and SEO improvement.

Assist in developing and executing a content strategy that connects with customers.

Identify and gather information on our competitors. Analyze and compare their contents, products, service, price and user feedback.

Monitor user feedback to determine enhancements that will strengthen our connection to our users on all sale channels.

Assist in customer relationship management. Improve and optimize e-mail performance to drive revenue.

Research and input ideas for marketing communications to maximize qualified leads and opportunities.

Skill Qualifications & Requirements

• Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Good written and verbal skills in English. Extra languages are big plus.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
• High aptitude for learning a new industry and analytical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online Google documents.
